The CT230BT100R-SB Rider scrubber is designed for commercial and warehouse cleaning applications. It utilizes our Genius technology to make it the easiest to use rider on the market

Cylindrical Brushes -
The CT230BT100R-SB is equipped with Pre-Sweep Side Brushes/Brooms System, Sweeping and Scrubbing in One Pass. Dual counter-rotating Side Brushes/Brooms for Pre-Sweep and Dual Cylindrical Brushes to sweep, scrub and dry. Ideal for warehouse floors and grouted tile floors. Picks up litter and debris in its 5 gallon hopper.

Automatic Solution Flow: The solution flow varies according to speed. The quantity can also be regulated from the control panel. Flow of the solution stops when the drive is turned off.

High performance
The CT230 delivers amazing performance thanks to advanced technical solutions developed with continuous improvement in mind. The CT230BT100R is equipped with two exclusive new systems. CRF (Centre Flow System) distributes the cleaning solution to the center of the brush so that the entire brush surface is effective, thus saving water and detergent.

SAS (Self Adapting System) automatically adjusts brush level to maintain perfect contact with the floor and make cleaning even more effective. Cleaning action covers the entire floor too, thanks to a parabolic squeegee that dries effectively even around bends. The squeegee holder performs a special movement that reaches the areas left wet by conventional systems.

Ergonomics and maneuverability
IPC Gansow’s research covers all aspects of cleaning, especially the working conditions of operators. The CT230BT100R is therefore equipped with a handlebar that can be adjusted on the move to give maximum maneuverability. A rounded front ensures excellent visibility. Operation is particularly easy thanks to a simple but complete control panel incorporating the squeegee control lever and colored LEDs that display the battery charge level.

All components are easily accessible; brushes can be changed without the use of tools, and squeegee blades can be rotated to four positions before they require replacement.
