SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

SHIPPING:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours of being received. Orders for small items such as Vacuum Cleaners, Dust Bags, Brushes and Accessories will delivered within 3-5 business via FedEx or UPS.  For large items such as Floor Machines, Automatic Scrubbers, and for large quantity orders please allow 7-12 business days for proper shipment and packaging.

An Email with updated order status and tracking information will be sent when the carrier has picked up the shipment. In the event that an order is not shipped within the standard 7-12 business days one of our customer service agents will contact you via phone & email. A valid phone number and email address where you can be reached during business hours must be provided for all shipments. A failure to do so may result in delayed or failed shipments.
We cannot ship orders to a P.O. Box address, please be sure to provide a street address for all orders and phone number for delivery appointment.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES:
All shipping charges will be automatically calculated upon your checkout. Please review the shipping rates available in the "SHIPPING RATES" Button on the Checkout Page.
The shipping rates that are calculated on our site is for shipment destination within the Contiguous United States and Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Customers that are located in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will receive an official shipping quote via e-mail.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE:
All shipments are insured via the carrier.
Upon receiving of the shipment please inspect the box and contents for any damage or loss.

Before signing the bill of lading and releasing the driver the box must be opened and the contents fully inspected for any damage or loss that may occur during transportation.

In the event a product is received damaged, it must be noted on the bill of lading that the item was received damaged. If the damage is not noted on the bill of lading the carrier will refuse to honor any claims on the insurance (detailed info below).

 

GOVERNMENT SHIPPING CHARGES:
All government orders within the 48 contiguous United States are F.O.B. destination and are shipped free of charge. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are available. Please call 1.800.309.3393 or e-mail sales@sandytrading.com to request a shipping quote.

 

APO / FPO SHIPMENTS:
S&Y Trading Corp. will use USPS priority mail rates to any applicable APO / FPO Shipment. For orders that cannot ship with USPS to an APO / FPO address a U.S. consolidation warehouse forwarding point must be included in your order details. Please add to the order any special marking such as TCN (Transfer Control Number) and any additional markings that may be needed.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
The merchandises are been thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before leaving the warehouse. Responsibility for the safe delivery is assumed by the carrier at the time of shipment. 
Claims for loss or damage to the contents should, therefore be made upon the carrier as follows

 

VISIBLE LOSS OR DAMAGE
Any external evidence of loss or damage to boxes or contents must be noted on the freight bill of lading or express receipt and signed by the carrier driver/agent, damaged boxes/items may be refused and rejected by the recipient upon delivery and be returned by the carrier.
Failure to adequately describe such external evidence of loss or damage on the bill of lading and shipping documents may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim.  Please notify our company on the damaged shipment by phone at 1-800-309-3393 or via email to sales@sandytrading.com

 

CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE
Concealed loss or damage means loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked.  The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage.  When damage is discovered upon unpacking please notify our company on the damaged shipment by phone at 1-800-309-3393 or via email to sales@sandytrading.com We may need your cooperation with allowing the carriers agent to inspect the item. We will file a claim with the carrier since such damage is the carrier's responsibility, by following the instruction carefully we guarantee our full support of your claim to protect you against loss for concealed damage, we may may replace the item or provide the necessary parts to ensure you are completely satisfy with your order.
