Cordless Walk-Behind Carpet Extractor Battery Extractor.
Cleaning carpets in commercial environments is always a challenge, however the AVB 12QX’s encapsulation cleaning provides a fast-drying, low-moisture interim carpet cleaning or restorative deep cleaning method that cleans any type of carpet effectively without the need for extensive periods of downtime.
It is an easy to operate and maneuver battery powered self-contained extractor with drive, a 20” cleaning path, 12-gallon solution, recovery tanks, and a production rate of 6,000 sq. ft. per hr. at 60 decibels, it’s great for daytime cleaning or cleaning noise sensitive areas.
It’s ideal for facilities such as casinos, hotels, convention centers, and airports. The optional squeegee and brush change (if necessary) sets it up for hard floor cleaning, making the AVB 12QX the most versatile extractor on the market today.

Tanks are constructed of roto molded polyethylene.
Powerful 1.8 HP 3 stage vacuum motor provides 135” water lift and 95 cfm of airflow.

The Vacuum shoe has a quick release for fitting the optional hard floor
squeegee. All chemical is injected downstream of the pump so only water
flows through the valves, solenoids and pump preventing chemicals from clogging
the system.
