AV 18SX NaceCare Walk-Behind Extractor

The variable flow rate coupled with an adjustable vacuum shoe and brush pressure allow it to be used for both interim maintenance and restorative cleaning.  Other key features include, easy access removable spray bar with twist off jets and push,  The lock down vacuum shoe ensures consistent pressure on the carpet at all times, The large 18 gallon tanks enable it to tackle even the biggest commercial jobs.  Lightweight and easy to transport with the upper and lower tanks detaching into two separate units

The large 18-gallon tanks and the efficiency of a forward-moving machine enable it to tackle even the biggest commercial jobs. The upper and lower tanks detach for easier transport and the easy-access removable spray bar has twist-off jets. The powerful 1.8 HP, three-stage vacuum motor provides 135 inches of water lift and 95 CFM of airflow while the 130 PSI pump provides 1.2 gpm of flow.

The spring-loaded vacuum shoe is adjustable, ensuring consistent pressure and pickup on different carpet thicknesses and uneven floors. For hard floors, the carpet shoe is easily substituted with an optional squeegee.

With the optional patented onboard “Smart Kit,” the pump can be used as an automatic pre-spray system with the chemical injected downstream (of the pump) so only water flows through it, preventing any buildup. The Smart Kit ensures no mixing of chemicals is required and the dilution is always correct. It also allows the unit to be used in “low-flow mode” for interim cleaning and faster drying times.

Cleaning at a rate upwards of 4,000 sq. ft. per hour, nearly three times that of standard pull-back extractors, and with less operator fatigue make the AV 18SX an outstanding choice. Optional features include the Smart Kit, hard floor squeegee and HT 1800 in-line heater.

To enable cleaning of your hard floor surfaces, simply remove the carpet shoe, use the Hard Floor Brush (optional), fit the squeegee attachment and lower the brush housing to the lowest position.  

OPTIONAL CARPET PRE- SPRAY SMART KIT 

A pre-spray of a concentrated chemical solution is usually recommended before starting cleaning. The extended contact time of the chemical assists the removal of dirt from the fibres, therefore achieving better cleaning results and reducing the time spent on the subsequent cleaning operations. 
Sometimes the pre-spray is done using manual or electrical pre-treatment devices, which are separate and extra machines. Nacecare has developed the SMARTKIT, a patented device that allows the pre-spray process to be done by the same machine used to clean.
During the pre-spray process, the sprayed solution is very concentrated. This provides the appropriate quantity of chemical, without overwetting the carpet.
Thanks to the machine pump’s high performance, the operator can pre-spray surfaces very fast. Because the operator can use the complete solution tank for the pre-spray, a greater area can be sprayed and time saved by not filling up separate portable pre-spray devices.

OPTIONAL WATER HEATER

Add optional HEATER to your NaceCare carpet cleaning machine. Heated deep cleaning heats up water quickly for fast removal or dirt and grime. Features conveniently mounts to the rare of the machine. The optional HEATER comes with a hi-limit thermostat for the safety of the users.
