The AirFlo and MicroFlo technology (Patent applied for) has introduced an exceptional upgrade in both performance and dust collection aand this technology has been incorporated into our Structofoam NDS 570H professional model. 

The simple NDS single motor model is designed to be used in conjunction with hand tools incorporating vacuum hoods that produce low to medium fine dust volumes but, equally, for all cleaning applications including end cleaning of new buildings.

NDS 570H Fine Dust Vacuum:

The NDS 570H incorporates our patented Micro-Flo or Hepa-Flo vacuum bags along with a Microtex filter as standard equipment ensuring optimum filtration. These machines are specially designed for use with concrete dust, drywall dust, wood dust and chimney soot along with just about any other fine non explosive particulate that can harm the respiratory system.

They meet or exceed all OSHA regulations regarding silica crystalline recovery as a repairable dust under OSHA regulation 1910.1000.

The patented air flow technology used in the design of the tank ensures a consistent uninterrupted flow regardless of how full the bag is. Both units come equipped with an indicator light that will flash when the vacuum bag is full. At the end of the day simply lift the vacuum bag out of the tank.

Filtration Options: 

With our patented AirFlo system on the DustCare machines there is a choice of two unique dust bag specifications:

1)HepaFlow- this specification is for normal vacuum cleaner operation.

2)MicroFlo- is for the full range of fine dust applications 

IMPORTANT NOTE! 
Dusrcare machines equipped with MicroFlo bangs can be TOO GOOD, resulting in overfilling. In applications such as chimney sweeping ot woodworking where ultra fine dust is not the main problem, use HepaFlo bags in place of MicroFlo.
