Performance & Operation
On a single tank, the Ultra 45 runs for approximately 50 minutes and covers up to 15,000 sq. ft. The average battery runtime is 3 hours, and the unit fully charges in just 1 hour, significantly faster than most traditional scrubbers. The machine’s 17” cleaning width and 1000 RPM brush speed allow for thorough cleaning even on grouted or textured surfaces.
Because of its lightweight, compact design, the Ultra 45 is easy to transport between locations and can be operated upright to clean tight aisles and confined areas that larger scrubbers cannot access.
BRUSH
SYSTEM & DEBRIS HANDLING
The Ultra 45 uses dual cylindrical brushes, which are particularly effective on tile, grout, and uneven surfaces. A built-in collection tray captures debris while cleaning, eliminating the need for pre-sweeping and saving time on every shift.
Standard brushes are blue, and optional microfiber rollers are available and recommended for gym floors, rubber flooring, and luxury vinyl tile
(LVT).
MAINTENANCE

One of the main advantages of the Ultra 45 is its low maintenance profile. Key components such as the vacuum motor, drive motor, water pump, electronic board, and brush motor assembly are designed for quick, tool-free replacement by the operator. This minimizes downtime and eliminates on-site service calls.
