With the power of a quadruple boiler install, the Raptor 20KW represents a whole new standard in steam generation. With its four boilers each one of 4500 Watts, the Raptor 20KW is able to dispense 20-26 pounds/hour of culinary grade dry vapor steam.

The Raptor 20KW uses the same Intelligent Boiler Technology as our industry-leading Peregrine Series of Steam Generators, letting the operator know in advance when it’s time to perform a descaling procedure. Operating at a constant 145 PSI and 356°F with no decrease in performance over prolonged use, this unit is the champion dirt hunter!

It has dual reservoirs that allow you to introduce chemicals through steam injection into the cleaning process. This increases the effectiveness of the cleaners as well as the cleaning process. The Raptor 20KW also has the ability to introduce “wet steam” when a greater impact is needed for the heaviest soil build up. With three different operating features, YOU get to choose how and when to use them based on your application and needs.

The Raptor is equipped with a four Intelligent Boiler Technology System.
We utilize 4 x 4500 Watt boilers in series to provide a variable output of 20-26 pounds per hour of culinary grade dry vapor steam.  

The IBT system provides consistent temperature, pressure and performance no matter the application. The patented IBT system continually monitors the water levels and the sensors that read those levels.

Most steamers reach a point that they require descaling maintenance (a normal process), the IBT dashboard tells you it is time to perform the maintenance. No hour logging, never a decrease in performance and never a problem for you!

AFTER BURNER CHEMICAL INJECTORS:
For the toughest industrial jobs the Afterburner chemical injection system helps you do what others can't.
Take your chemicals supersonic by mixing them with steam from the boiler and increase the speed that you can clean with the added power of steam!
The proper chemical, mixed with dry vapor steam just before it meets the surface can remove many soils and films that other units can't perform.
