Can I fax my order?

Yes. Orders are accepted via fax. Fax your order to 561-395-4303. Upon processing we will reach out to confirm your order.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have not yet been shipped from our warehouse can be cancelled without any fees. 
Orders that have already left the warehouse and are in transit to you may be cancelled, however you will be charged the shipping charges and any restocking fee that may occur.

How can I track my order?

Our system will provide you up-to-date status of your order including the name of the carrier and the tracking/PRO number.


How are the products shipped?

We do our best to ship products out from the warehouse within 24-48 hours. Small items such as vacuums, accessories, etc. are usually shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground and the estimated transit time is 5 business days. Large items that require tracking companies (YRC, Saia, etc.) are estimated to be from 7-10 business days. All our shipments are insured and packaged to ensure safe delivery. What are the conditions of the item?

All our products are brand new and carry the manufacture warrantee that include parts and paid labor. 


What warrantees do you provide on items?

Each item is covered by the manufacturer's limited warrantee. The warrantee covers parts and paid labor. Some of the products carry 2-5 year warrantees on parts and labor. Please reach out to us for more information about specific products.  


What if my item has arrived damaged?

Please inspect the products upon arrival before signing the shipping documents. Ensure that the products have not encountered any damages during transportation. By accepting and signing for a product you take full possession and acknowledgement that the item has arrived to you in perfect condition. If you do find any damages on the outside of the box or the item itself immediately note it on the bill of lading in details and contact us ASAP.
